Caroline directs Capita’s overall strategy, which includes key thematic and research areas, policy engagement, and strategic communications.
With two decades of experience in the think tank, global development, and nonprofit sectors, Caroline has orchestrated initiatives to help foster a more just and humane world. She previously set up and led the strategic communications team at the UK-based think tank ODI Global. As a consultant, Caroline provided strategic counsel to a diverse array of global organizations, including the OECD, the World Health Organization, Rodeemos el Diálogo, The World Bank, On Think Tanks, and Open Society Foundations.
Caroline’s writing has appeared in outlets such as The Guardian, Nonprofit Quarterly, the OECD, the London School of Economics, and Oxfam’s From Poverty to Power. She is multilingual fluent in Spanish, French, and Russian. Currently based in France, Caroline spends much of her spare time trying to keep up with her two growing little ones.
