Amy oversees finance, legal, human resources, and internal communications to drive efficiency and alignment within the organization. Known for her versatility and goal-oriented approach, Amy brings a wealth of experience from over two decades working with for-profit and nonprofit organizations. Her work has spanned roles in financial management, strategic planning, and executive operations, delivering impactful solutions across multiple sectors.
In addition to her current role, Amy founded Mandrier Group, LLC, where she provides interim executive support to mission-driven organizations worldwide, focusing on operational optimization so leaders can focus on impact. She has held positions such as VP of Partnerships & Operations at Pledge 1%, where she played a pivotal role in scaling team capacity, enhancing customer engagement, and supporting strategic fundraising efforts. As a co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of Project FoundED, she helped establish the nonprofit and led initiatives to support over 1,600 edtech entrepreneurs in advancing equitable learning solutions.
Previously, Amy served as Entrepreneur in Residence for the AT&T Aspire Accelerator, an initiative within AT&T’s Corporate Social Responsibility group aimed at investing in edtech startups. In this role, she recruited 200+ entrepreneurs annually, managed the selection process for program investments, and provided strategic guidance to startups. Her coaching on scalable operations and business strategy helped the program’s alumni reach over 70 million students and raise over $85 million in additional investments.
Amy holds a Master’s in Business and Management with a concentration in Operations Management from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor’s in Mathematics and Computer Science from Westminster College. Based in Charleston, she enjoys life with her husband and her teenage daughter. In her free time, she loves cooking new recipes and delving into a good book.
